Yandere^2

Portrait

A project between friends, born from a single idea: What would you get from 2 yanderes who love each other? Answer: Yandere x yandere, or yandere squared! Yandere-ism played for laughs. Updates whenever we have a story to tell. <3

Our lead couple stops by the Legit Shop of Legitness.
By the way, Asami is referring to this incident from 4 years ago, when they were still in primary school.
…Huh, that story is 2 years old now. I read a lot of light novels around that time, and it really shows in the writing ^^;

Phew, it’s been a while since I last drew something on this scale.
Anyway, this is Fujimoto Daiki - also known as the shadowy guy who likes the twintails girl. He likes drawing, and - perhaps like many isolated people at his age - dabbles in the occult.
I remember reading somewhere about a wish-granting spell that involved etching a wish into a candle, then allowing it to burn completely. It involved more steps than just that, I’m sure, but anyway, Daiki is trying it here. The wish was probably something like “I wish Riko would love me back”…
…And as for the poem, I think it reflects the experiences of most isolated people who have a romantic interest.
Anyway, with this, we have returned!
Kat and I plan to update about twice a week for the duration of our holiday (i.e. up until the end of September), so stay tuned! :3

E-Emiko, do you really think Nori is that pure-hearted?

…And now, of course, for the autumn haiku.

Hmm, I’m not an expert on poetry, but it seems like the meter of the second line of a haiku is particularly suited to being either a series of trochees (like in the spring haikus I posted before) or of dactyls (like here). The first and third work most easily as trochees, probably.

Meanwhile, Kou gets ready to hibernate :3

Kou continues to miss the point of poetry… Or does she? If art reflects life, then perhaps there isn’t enough art around that reflects the simple everyday…

It’s been a while, so… Have these haikus :3

Today’s haikus are spring-themed. Of course, Emiko is romantic about it, while Kou…

…Kou is haikuu-dere ^^;
